I’m looking for a customer success or support role where I can handle client interactions, resolve issues confidently, optimize workflows with CRM tools, and improve retention through structured engagement—ideally in fast-paced remote or hybrid environments.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant with 3+ years of experience delivering high-quality support in fast-paced, remote and on-site environments. I’m known for improving customer satisfaction, optimizing workflows, and managing complex client interactions across multiple platforms.

In my current role as a Client Relationship Manager (LSCC), I handle high-volume daily interactions across multiple platforms while maintaining fast response times and consistent service quality. I’ve improved client retention by resolving objections and managing refund pipelines using structured engagement systems that increase user activity and satisfaction early in the customer journey.

Previously, I served as a Project Supervisor for GrandSwiss Hotel, leading cross-functional teams to deliver renovation projects on time and within quality expectations. I also improved operational efficiency by tracking daily progress and reporting actionable insights to leadership.
