I moved into product management at the intersection of technology, business and data, building on my background in Electronics and Communications Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from IIM Calcutta. My journey across fintech and SaaS has focused on translating complex requirements into scalable digital products while connecting engineering, business and customer needs.

I help fintech and SaaS organisations scale digital products, accelerate enterprise adoption and unlock measurable business growth through product strategy, SaaS architecture, data analytics, AI-enabled workflows and agile execution. At Build Booster, I helped develop a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem spanning ERP, CRM, Martech and Loyalty, enabling 20 enterprise customers/workflows to operate on a single platform while reducing per-customer implementation effort by 50%. The work also improved platform scalability by 40%, user engagement by 25% and customer retention by 35%.

Translate product opportunities into measurable outcomes by mapping dependencies early, using telemetry and operational data to identify opportunities, and connecting technical decisions with business priorities. At IIFL Finance, I worked across digital lending initiatives supporting ₹2,000 Cr in annual disbursal volume across 40+ partners, launched a platform that reduced monthly operating costs by ₹6L, lowered cost-per-disbursal by 13% and generated c.$60K in incremental revenue through standardised API workflows.

I also apply product thinking hands-on, including independently taking a business website from concept to launch using GenAI tools across the development lifecycle. I am particularly interested in building products where technology, data and commercial outcomes come together.
