What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR recruitment role where I can manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding while helping build a positive candidate experience.

I've supported end-to-end recruitment at Project C Foundation, Believer HR Consultancy, and Maruti Nandan Business Solutions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.

My earlier customer support work at Startek, WNS, and Deol Car and Truck Rental strengthened my communication, issue-resolution, and candidate relationship skills. I use ATS tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Excel to keep hiring processes organized.
