I seek a customer-focused role where I can use CRM expertise and communication skills to improve retention, mentor teammates, and grow into expanded support or success responsibilities.

I am a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with a genuine passion for helping customers and solving problems effectively. I prioritize clear communication and creating positive experiences across phone, email, and chat channels.

At Affordable Rent To Own (ARTO), I managed high-volume inquiries, resolved most issues on first contact, and used HubSpot CRM to track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. I collaborated with sales to support upselling and improve retention.

Previously at Zanova Fashion I assisted customers with product selection and complaints in a fast-paced retail environment, maintained records with Trello, and was recognized as Employee of the Month in 2022 for outstanding service delivery.
