What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote opportunities in Customer Support, Client Success, SDR, or Lead Generation, where I can contribute immediately and grow.

At DongA Money Transfer, I support current clients and help onboard potential clients and corridors into Vietnam. I answer questions about services, transactions, and SWIFT wires, and check FX rates and service fees.

I’ve helped renew an agreement with a new representative and reach mutual or principal agreements with five partners. I also arranged meetings between DongA Money Transfer’s C-suite and potential partners for further business discussions.

My experience includes client support and B2B sales in fintech, including work with Remitly and Uniteller. I’m a native Vietnamese speaker with C1 English proficiency, and I’m comfortable handling live chat, email, tickets, and outbound communication.
