I'm looking for client-facing, documentation, or international-support work in Ho Chi Minh City or remotely, where I can use bilingual communication, credit-file handling, and cross-time-zone coordination.

I've managed credit-file documentation and client relationships for individual and household-business clients at MB Bank, OCB, and VPBank in Vietnam.

At MB Bank, I managed about 150 clients, checked supporting papers, flagged document gaps, and kept cases moving through Way4, T24, and internal CRM systems. I also handled account opening, savings, insurance requests, and bilingual client materials.

Earlier, I ran event operations in Ho Chi Minh City, served as the English-language partner contact at a fintech and crypto firm, and handled international supplier and buyer communications for rice exports.
