As a dedicated subrogation specialist, I have built a robust career in the insurance industry, showcasing my skills in management, investigation, and subrogation processes. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Upper Iowa University, where I consistently made the Dean's list. Over the years, I have honed my expertise in handling complex subrogation files, particularly in workers' compensation and auto claims, ensuring successful resolutions with carriers and attorney offices.

One of my proudest achievements was being part of the SafeKeep team that won Gold at the 2020 Zurich Innovations Championship. My role as an Account Executive has allowed me to leverage my training background to enhance client relationships and streamline processes for efficiency. I take pride in my ability to analyze subrogation potential in lease agreements and contracts, and I am proficient in various client systems, which has enabled me to manage multiple clients effectively.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. From creating training manuals to implementing task systems for client file management, I am always looking for ways to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
