What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my complex claims, operations, and process-improvement experience to improve workflow visibility, reduce aging inventory, strengthen accountability, and deliver better customer outcomes.

At State Farm, I manage complex auto claims from investigation through resolution, analyzing evidence, making liability decisions, negotiating outcomes, and improving claim movement. I supported efforts that reduced out-of-SLO claims from 133 to 95 by reinforcing movement of older pending work alongside incoming claims.
