I’m looking for a Customer Service Representative role in a growing company where I can use my phone and call-center skills to support customers, handle urgent requests accurately, and keep communication clear, fast, and professional.

I’m a customer service representative focused on calm, accurate support—especially when calls are urgent and time matters. I’ve built my career on being the first point of contact, resolving questions quickly, and routing callers to the right place without delays.

At Valley Medical Center, I answer phone calls, direct requests to the correct department, and manage emergency codes and overhead announcements. I also dispatch security with the right location and high-demand details, monitor surveillance cameras for appropriate responses, and contact the Renton Police Department when trespassers are on campus after hours.

Before that, I worked as an Emergency Operator at CHI Franciscan—taking calls through an automated system, confirming caller intent, and repeating codes to ensure everything is recorded correctly. I used radio communication to coordinate with security, monitored campus cameras, called on-call doctors for after-hours care, and supported scheduling changes by canceling appointments or surgeries when needed.

Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, I handled the full front-desk flow: greeting patients, checking them in, answering calls and emails, confirming appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments for copays and bills, and scheduling new visits. Whether it’s customer issue escalation, call center experience, or helping people navigate care, I bring attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving to every interaction.
