What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support accurate payroll, workforce operations, e-commerce processes, or customer resolution while coordinating effectively with internal teams and US-based stakeholders.

I managed e-commerce operations at Zaid Kitchenware Steels, handling product listings, order processing, inventory updates, customer queries, returns, refunds, and dispatch coordination.

At Epicenter Technologies, I supported US payroll for more than 350 employees daily. I verified attendance, hours, pay adjustments, timesheets, leave requests, and payroll information for supervisors.

I also maintained RR database accuracy and resolved US customer inquiries related to credit, late fees, and financial charges. I guided customers on account-specific solutions and processed eligible fee waivers.

I coordinate workforce activities including attendance, absenteeism, holiday and pay-off records, and schedule changes with US-based supervisors. I use Workday, eTime, WFM, and NICE IEX to keep employee and workforce records accurate.
