What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote operations or administration role where I can coordinate workflows, support customers and suppliers, manage accounts and procurement tasks, and help keep day-to-day business operations running smoothly.

At RPL Safety and Industrial Solutions, I coordinate the day-to-day operations of a fully remote business, from customer enquiries and quotations to invoicing, procurement, dispatch, and after-sales support.

I've managed supplier sourcing, purchase orders, online supplier payments, customer payment allocation, and accurate financial records using Pastel Accounting. I also act on behalf of the Director when needed, keeping operational priorities moving and maintaining continuity across the business.

Across RPL Agricultural Services, freelance remote administration, and Civic Data Services, I've supported HR records, payroll preparation, bookkeeping, client documentation, database management, stock counts, and business administration. I bring over eight years of practical, solutions-focused operational support experience and work independently with care and attention to detail.
