At Citi, I translate financial, trading, and risk requirements into clear system specifications. I analyze payment workflows and financial datasets, and create reusable SQL scripts and compliance dashboards.
I also work with front-, middle-office, and compliance teams on Salesforce implementations across capital markets operations, including trade lifecycle and client onboarding. My work includes modeling current and future processes and supporting regulatory reporting and AML monitoring.
At California Department of Public Health, I supported Medical MMIS modernization and statewide health data interoperability. I mapped HL7 CCD messages and FHIR APIs, analyzed healthcare data, and developed Tableau and Power BI dashboards for public health programs.
Earlier, I worked on Salesforce solutions at The Boeing Company and analyzed insurance and retail processes at Liberty Mutual and Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Across these projects, I’ve documented requirements, supported testing and data analysis, and helped connect business needs with system changes.
