I manage $100K+ project portfolios and 500+ hours of delivery effort through detailed plans, staffing forecasts, delivery trackers, RAID logs, executive steering updates, and milestone health checks. I also led Smartsheet adoption, building standardized reporting and executive dashboards that improved portfolio visibility and strategic oversight.
