I’m a results-driven professional with a B.Eng. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and over five years of progressive experience in customer relations, sales, appointment setting, and client management. I build lasting client relationships, manage CRM systems, and deliver measurable results in remote and deadline-driven environments.
