I am a results-oriented Research Analyst/Associate with strong experience across market research, data analysis, and customer-facing service operations. I collect and interpret data from both primary and secondary sources, translating insights into strategies that improve business growth and customer satisfaction.

In my recent roles, I’ve supervised primary research, coordinated with cross-functional teams across time zones, and ensured timely delivery without compromising quality. I conduct comprehensive secondary research, manage external agencies for data gathering, and present findings to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.

My analytics work has included designing data collection methods (surveys, interviews, and field research) and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data using tools such as Dedoose and Excel. I build research reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that support business strategy and market entry decisions.

Earlier, I advanced customer service and operations as Supervisor and Senior Data Analyst—managing client portfolios, producing daily/weekly/monthly performance and operational reports, and strengthening service excellence. I also developed and implemented new customer service policies and procedures that reduced customer complaints by 21%, earning the Beyond Excellence Award for Excellence in Service and Leadership (May 2024) from Standard Bank.
