I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer and market research, automate analytics dashboards, and deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive retention, pricing, and operational performance through strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience delivering executive-ready insights across customer behavior, market research, operations, and finance. I translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into strategic recommendations that influence retention, pricing, and operational performance—backed by work on survey design, segmentation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.

In my most recent role, I defined and tracked customer experience KPIs (NPS, CSAT, retention), designed and deployed research surveys, and built executive-ready reports and dashboards that improved operational efficiency. I’ve also led quasi-experimental Difference-in-Differences impact analysis and trained internal teams on research methodologies and data best practices to streamline workflows.
