I thrive at smaller, hands-on companies where payroll is owned end-to-end rather than split across a large team.

At Canva, I process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for 420+ US employees and manage EOR payroll operations for 75+ workers across 19 countries. I also partner with Payroll Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams on global payroll reporting and compliance.

I led Canva’s move of about 330 employees from semi-monthly to bi-weekly pay, including 20+ non-exempt employees. The change was delivered six months ahead of schedule, with me managing the project plan, stakeholder alignment, and communications end-to-end.

At Carrot Fertility, I processed payroll for 430+ remote employees and managed state and local tax compliance across 40+ states. I also led a new company code setup in ADP, including Time & Attendance.

At Lagunitas Brewing Company, I processed payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states and owned compliance covering W-2s, 1095-Cs, EEO reporting, Form 5500, and the 401(k) audit. I thrive at smaller, hands-on companies where payroll is owned end-to-end rather than split across a large team.
