What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support patients, clients, and teams in a compassionate, fast-paced role where I can improve processes, clarify insurance and healthcare questions, and provide prompt, thoughtful service.

I've supported patients and healthcare teams at The Portland Clinic and Providence St. Mary Medical Center, managing revenue-cycle questions, insurance claims, patient financial services, admissions, and hospital communications.

At Providence, I operated the PBX switchboard, called emergency codes, coordinated with security and hospital supervisors, connected doctors with patients, and supported hospital, surgical, emergency, radiology, and direct admissions.

I've also improved veterinary scheduling and prescription pickup workflows, recovered over $400,000 through an MSPQ project using Excel, and bring over 20 years of hospitality experience alongside owning, operating, and selling five businesses.
