What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations or workforce-planning role where I can improve service delivery, coordinate people and resources, maintain safe compliant processes, and use Excel, reporting and stakeholder communication to keep busy services running smoothly.

At the Royal Veterinary College’s Queen Mother Hospital for Small Animals, I coordinated theatre, diagnostic imaging, recovery and emergency workflows to help specialist teams deliver safe, reliable care during planned and urgent activity.

I bring experience leading a five-veterinarian team at Chamran Animal Hospital, where I managed schedules, workloads, records and handovers across small-animal, farm, equine and exotic services. On busy days, I reprioritised people and resources across more than 20 cases while maintaining service coverage.

At Bonyan Company, I coordinated operations, procurement, suppliers, contractors, budgets and reporting using SAP/ERP, Excel and SharePoint. I enjoy making complex daily work more organised through clear communication, accurate records and practical follow-through.

My MBA and seven-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree combine operational planning with animal-health knowledge, safety, compliance and data analysis. I’m comfortable working independently, escalating risks appropriately, and supporting teams through changing priorities.
