I'm looking to improve healthcare or customer operations through practical process improvements, operational data, clear communication, and empathetic support for patients, customers, and staff.

At Kaplan UK, I coordinate live assessment delivery across high-volume centres supporting over 2,000 staff, resolving time-critical operational issues and acting as Head of Operations during delivery. I use performance data and operational feedback to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and maintain compliant, uninterrupted service.

I've also supported clinical teams and clients at The Urban Vet and Medivet, coordinating treatments, referrals, purchasing, supplier delivery, and sensitive customer communications.
