What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine first-line technical support with software development, collaborate with international teams, and keep improving through hands-on problem solving, clear documentation, and continuous learning in AI-driven automation.

I’m a final-year Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Development) student building a strong bridge between hands-on technical support and software development. I bring a background that blends communication, troubleshooting, and a software-focused mindset, with a clear drive to improve workflows through technology and AI.

For over four years, I’ve delivered remote Receptionist, Administrative & IT Support for Bokamoso Fitness Club, working with US-based sponsors and international stakeholders. I manage incoming and outgoing communications, coordinate schedules and meetings, maintain accurate digital records, and provide first-line assistance with common software, account access, connectivity, and digital platform issues—often resolving Microsoft Office, email, virtual meeting, and day-to-day tool problems remotely.

I also completed a Technical Support Internship at Echo Service Provider, where I supported clients, logged and documented incidents using ticketing systems, and worked alongside engineers to investigate and resolve technical issues. Alongside my support experience, I’ve developed a technical foundation in Python, Java, C#, SQL, databases, API concepts, and cloud computing concepts, and I’ve built projects including a C# & SQL Server Student Registration System and a containerised Docker cloud-native application.
