What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support ICT operations while building real software skills. I want a collaborative, innovative environment that values troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous learning, with exposure to information systems and cybersecurity.

I’m a Graduate Software Developer with a Diploma in Information Technology (Software Development) and hands-on experience supporting users and maintaining reliable digital workflows. I combine practical ICT support experience with a strong software development foundation, so I can translate real user needs into dependable technical solutions.

In ICT support roles, I provided first-line support across hardware, software, and networking systems, helping users with troubleshooting, access, and digital tools. I maintained records, databases, and compliance documentation—bringing structure, accuracy, and accountability to day-to-day operations.

On the development side, I’ve built projects using C# and .NET, including a Pro Financial Tracking application that applies object-oriented principles, data persistence, and GitHub version control. I’ve also created responsive web experiences with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and clean frontend structure.

I’m eager to contribute to ICT operations and grow my practical experience in a collaborative, innovative environment. I’m especially interested in information systems, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, and I bring a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and strong communication.
