What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in administrative support, office operations, data entry, back-office work, data processing, virtual administrative support, and business operations.

At Alorica, I process approximately 300 billing invoices per day in a remote, high-volume back-office workflow.

I use 360 for Business to create cases, retrieve invoices, review account information, and process customer documentation. I deliver invoices by email while handling confidential customer and account information with discretion.

I work independently to manage daily workloads, documentation, cases, and customer requests while following established quality, compliance, and workflow procedures. I use Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Earlier, I taught English at “Genaro Bonilla” Private School, planning lessons and maintaining accurate student records. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.
