I'm looking to lead complex client-facing projects, improve processes, develop accounts, and build collaborative teams in a fast-paced environment.

At Allen Industries, I manage New Construction, Custom, Maintenance, and Refresh programs for multiple National Brand Accounts. I direct projects from conception through completion, protect profitable margins, coordinate clients and partners, and keep projects on target across timelines ranging from six weeks to six months.

I've increased Refresh account billing from $300K in 2019 to $1.2M in 2021 and helped revamp the Maintenance account to increase profit and reduce turnaround times through artwork, BOM, and scope updates. I also negotiate subcontractor pricing, oversee billing and projections, approve vendor invoices, and mentor Assistant Project Managers.

My background includes purchasing, sales processing, client services, SOP development, vendor management, payroll support, and sales operations at AmeriFab International, GBF Medical Group, and Paychex.
