I've supported patient-centered clinical operations at SAC Health, Pacifica Hospital of the Valley, Sylmar Medical Center, and a Riverside medical practice. I currently manage standard and STAT referrals, insurance verification, and authorization workflows as a Lead Referral Coordinator at SAC Health.

I use Epic and RadNet to track orders, record clinical information, and support diagnostic workflows. I've also submitted acute and out-of-county TARs, resolved coverage and claims inquiries with insurance carriers, and managed discharge paperwork and hospital charges.

In clinic operations, I've assisted with EKGs, ear lavages, vital signs, chart preparation, specimen collection instruction, scheduling, billing support, and patient communication. I help bridge communication gaps as a fluent English/Spanish translator.

I've led onboarding, shadowing, and training for new staff while coordinating closely with physicians, nurses, assistants, patients, laboratories, radiology centers, and specialist offices.
