At Tea Dating Advice Inc., I lead Trust & Safety operations for a user-generated content platform, building moderation policy for PII redaction, minor protection, anti-harassment, and graduated enforcement.
I investigate high-risk cases involving exploitation, stalking, abuse, threats, and repeat offenders; I also developed a minor detection system, improved vendor tracking and policy alignment, and standardized DMCA and evidence documentation through Freshdesk.
