What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead right-of-way acquisition and relocation work with strong BIA/URA compliance, hands-on QA/QC on documentation, and close coordination with appraisers and engineering teams to keep infrastructure project timelines on track.

I’m a right-of-way professional with 30+ years of experience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects across Oklahoma and Arkansas. I specialize in property acquisition, relocation services, title research, and regulatory compliance—especially on projects involving the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act (URA). I’m trusted to negotiate complex acquisitions among property owners, Tribal Nations, engineering firms, and government agencies while keeping projects moving.

In my current and recent assistant project manager roles, I review right-of-way plans and documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements. I perform QA/QC on appraisals, relocation estimates, legal descriptions, and acquisition materials, and I collaborate with review appraisers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve documentation issues and protect timelines. I also developed and implemented a Right-of-Way document tracking workbook to improve workflow efficiency and organization across project teams.

Earlier in my career, I led right-of-way acquisition services for roadway and bridge infrastructure, negotiated acquisition settlements with property owners and tenants, and handled title and ownership resolution work through field and administrative processes. I’ve prepared administrative settlements and supported condemnation proceedings, coordinating closely with engineers, appraisers, attorneys, and agencies to maintain deliverables. I hold IRWA credentials (including R/W-RAC Relocation and SR/WA coursework completed) and ICC certification as an Indian Land Professional.
