I lead Title Solutions Abstracting Services, LLC, supporting attorneys, title companies, and real estate professionals with complex title research and land services.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve examined residential and commercial title matters, tracing chains of title, ownership, deeds, mortgages, plats, legal descriptions, easements, rights-of-way, liens, judgments, and recorded interests.

I investigate difficult title issues, including ownership gaps, conflicting instruments, complex legal descriptions, and curative matters. I translate land-record findings into clear, defensible next steps for clients and legal professionals.

I’ve managed staff and workflow for approximately 15 years, setting priorities, reviewing quality, resolving escalations, and delivering work to client deadlines. I’m prepared to expand my experience with commitments, policies, and endorsements in renewable-energy development.
