At Private Energy Partners, I manage data center and power sites from site control through diligence and approvals. I evaluate fiber capacity and co-located power options, and coordinate utility interconnection requirements and timelines.
I built a stage-gate framework to track pipeline milestones, budget, schedule, and risk. I also lead final investment decision presentations, including a recommendation to walk away from a 500 MW powered land site when interconnection, gas, and fiber costs exceeded what the deal could support.
At AES Clean Energy, I led the interconnection process at 230kV and 345kV points of interconnection, securing LGIAs for over 1 GW of hybrid solar and BESS projects. I also led permitting across Arizona and took four projects in Arizona and the CAISO market through commercial bid.
Earlier, I negotiated land agreements and resolved title issues for energy projects at National Grid Renewables, Western Land Services, and NextEra Energy. I hold a PMP, an M.L.S. in Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energy Law, and a B.S. in Energy Land Management.
