What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead OSP/FTTH or utility infrastructure projects where I can manage scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinate permitting/right-of-way, drive safety and compliance, and align vendors and stakeholders to deliver on time and within target profitability.

I’m a Project and Program Management professional with extensive experience leading OSP/FTTH design and construction projects, from permitting through vendor coordination and delivery of utility infrastructure.

I’ve managed cross-functional teams, schedules, and budgets while maintaining quality control and delivering high-quality outcomes within scope and budget, including profitability targets and budget controls.

I bring deep expertise in telecommunications infrastructure and right-of-way coordination, including underground and aerial utility construction, utility permitting, compliance with local government regulations and engineering standards, and accurate as-built documentation and record management.

I’m also recognized for safety leadership—assisting with toolbox talks, safety meetings, workforce training, and monitoring subcontractor compliance with safety and environmental regulations to support a strong safety culture.
