I'm looking to coordinate complex commercial real estate transactions or projects where I can own schedules, documentation, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and early issue escalation from initiation through closeout.

I've coordinated commercial relocation, office build-out, and real estate acquisition work from planning through closeout. At Corporate Relocators, I managed scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up across projects up to 500,000 square feet.

I'm currently coordinating commercial acquisition due diligence through closing, organizing transaction files, tracking critical dates, reviewing real estate documents, and escalating inconsistencies early. I build practical tracking systems and analysis tools that keep teams accountable and transactions moving.
