I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my skills in eCommerce and operations while fostering a collaborative and innovative company culture.

As an experienced multifaceted Manager in the luxury retail and eCommerce sector, I have successfully transitioned from Store Management to Area Management and now Operations Management at H.V Sisters Ltd. My journey has allowed me to lead both creative and commercial aspects of the business, particularly focusing on their in-house luxury fashion brand, Aimé. I thrive on utilizing customer data and insights to inform business strategies that enhance long-term engagement, sales, and brand awareness.

Throughout my career, I have managed various projects, including customer loyalty programs and eCommerce development, while also supporting in-store leadership teams with product training and CRM management. My role has evolved to include website management, where I balanced creative and commercial skills to enhance the brand's online presence.
