I'm looking to partner with leaders on employee relations, compliant people operations, workplace culture, and process improvements that strengthen the employee experience.

At Paluo Solar, I partner with employees, managers, and leadership on employee relations, benefits, policy guidance, HR operations, and workplace concerns. I coach 15+ managers and use Excel reporting and workforce data to support operational planning.

Previously at Lucid Motors, I supported high-volume people operations and coordinated onboarding and HR integration for more than 300 employees during an acquisition. I also helped implement and optimize SuccessFactors onboarding, employee self-service, and time-management modules while supporting SOC2 compliance.
