I’m looking for a role where I can apply networking and system administration to deliver scalable IT solutions, support reliable operations, and strengthen the business-technology connection—while growing through hands-on responsibility and clear impact.

I’m a dedicated and innovative IT enthusiast who leverages technology to drive business solutions. With a strong foundation in networking principles and system administration, I design and maintain practical IT setups that optimize operational efficiency and support performance.

In my roles, I’ve set up and maintained network hardware (Cisco routers and switches), managed user accounts and access privileges via ActiveDirectory (AD), and handled web/content updates using CMS platforms like WordPress and Joomla. I also monitor IT security using Cloudflare, deploy software with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and provide first-level support through Zendesk—plus I collaborate on CCTV integration and routine network cabinet management.
