I’ve built my experience in customer service and call center support, handling “Incoming/Outgoing calls,” workorders set up, appointment scheduling, and customer complaints. I’m comfortable staying calm under pressure while keeping communication clear and solution-oriented.

As an “Area Supervisor,” I led day-to-day store operations by handling “opening and closing the Store,” supervising associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. I was also responsible for building security, including entrance/exit control, “Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) devices daily function check,” cash office security, and “armored carrier pick-ups and register area.”

In my “in shift supervisor and then helped with pharmacy” role, I supervised store crew, assigned tasks, followed up on activities, and ensured smooth operations when management wasn’t present. I also handled merchandising tasks like stocking shelves, pricing merchandise, setting up displays, executing planograms, managing inventory, resolving complaints per policy, and maintaining confidentiality to promote a positive customer experience.
