At Walgreens, I managed daily store operations during my shift and often oversaw a team of 4–6 employees. I trained new employees and shift leads on store tasks, register balancing, and safe procedures.
I supported pharmacy and front-end operations, assisting customers with health, wellness, and product questions while respecting confidentiality. I also worked with pharmacy staff to support smooth daily operations.
As an Apparel Stocker at Walmart, I scan and stock merchandise, organize shelves, and help customers locate products. I hold a Pharmacy Tech In-Training License, though I haven’t yet used it professionally.
