What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and scale people operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development while partnering closely with business leaders on strategy, culture, workforce planning, and employee growth.

I've built HR functions from the ground up at Regal Credit Management, reducing recruitment time-to-fill from 60 to 25 days and driving employee satisfaction to 93% across five departments.

Across Rockwell Land, Travel With The Grooves, and Robinsons Land, I've led talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, and learning programs for teams across the Philippines. I reduced attrition by 10 percentage points at Rockwell Land while sustaining an 80% department recruitment ratio and a 30-day maximum time-to-fill.

I also founded Skill Tree, an independent HR and training consultancy that delivers sales, leadership, customer service, and team-building programs tailored through training needs analysis.
