I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my criminal justice knowledge while contributing to community safety and well-being.

My name is Kiara Jackson, and I am a recent graduate from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in criminal justice principles, ethics, and research methods, which I am eager to apply in a professional setting.

Throughout my educational experience, I have developed strong customer service skills through various roles, including my position as a Customer Service Representative at Little Hardware. Here, I managed case duties, organized inventory, and responded to customer inquiries, enhancing my ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, my internship at Charmeck 311 allowed me to hone my problem-solving skills while handling citizen requests and improving overall customer satisfaction.
