I’m looking for a role where I can lead brand and consumer strategy using qualitative market research, semiotics, and digital ethnography—then translate insights into growth plans with strong stakeholder alignment and measurable impact.

I’m a Strategist who turns consumer emotions into actionable brand and strategy decisions. At Plum Insights & Strategy, I build strategy with strong qualitative market research and stakeholder management, bringing clear consumer insight into the room.

Previously, I conducted semiotic analysis and digital ethnography to reposition Perk as a mood enhancer among teenagers, supported by 20+ in-depth interviews. I’ve also delivered ethnographic recommendations for the Government of Gujarat and managed search/display advertising—optimizing campaigns with measurable CPC/traffic improvements—while earlier driving sales and customer satisfaction through hands-on marketing and client service roles.
