At Waverly Heights, I coordinate DEI events and community engagement initiatives that support inclusive programming and organizational outreach.
I plan employee and community events, including communications, logistics, promotional materials, and participant engagement. I also collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop programming that supports diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
I create flyers, announcements, and presentations using Canva and Microsoft Office tools, and provide service to residents, families, staff, and community members.
My experience also includes social media management with Lutheran Campus Ministry, customer service, and administrative support. I completed two years of college coursework in Communications at The Pennsylvania State University.
