I’m looking for a role where I can lead community and customer support operations, coordinate events across regions, and drive process improvements—using Smartsheet and strong troubleshooting to keep stakeholders aligned and experiences consistently excellent.

I’m a community manager and operations-focused professional who serves as a primary point of contact between community members, event organizers, and leadership. I manage feedback and escalation processes to strengthen engagement, protect brand reputation, and ensure positive experiences.

In my customer support work, I provide clear technical and operational problem-solving for online and in-person events. I coordinate meetings, maintain operational records, and support both small gatherings and large events with 1,000+ participants.

I also bring process improvement and administrative expertise—processing and resolving discrepancies, streamlining onboarding and account workflows, and maintaining reporting tools and Smartsheet systems for efficiency and visibility. I’m adaptable, communicate clearly across regions, and thrive when I need to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
