I'm studying Computer Science Technology at Elsewedy University of Technology while building practical foundations in software development and Python.

At Vodafone, I supported Vodafone UK's home broadband subscribers through end-to-end diagnostics across copper and full-fibre infrastructure. I identified hardware faults, line noise, and configuration errors while balancing technical troubleshooting with clear, non-jargon communication.

Previously, I handled billing and technical inquiries for Verizon Wireless and Optimum Mobile customers. These roles strengthened my customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

I'm motivated to keep expanding my technical and professional abilities through coursework and practical projects, and to contribute in dynamic industries.
