Spearheaded the design and implementation of a new Gaming Program curriculum, integrating advanced industry standards in game design, mechanics, and cross-platform development. Led the strategic development of a state-of-the-art Virtual/Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Lab, managing hardware procurement and software integration to support student research in Computer Vision.
