I'm leading 10 concurrent neighborhood park and trail developments for Houston Parks Board's $60M Let's Play Houston initiative, owning approximately $20M in capital projects from master planning and community engagement through permitting, procurement, and construction mobilization.

I've completed three Brays Bayou trail projects totaling $4.5M and more than two miles of multi-use trail, delivered on schedule and within budget. I also support the $53M MacGregor Park renovation, coordinating design teams, consultants, and stakeholder engagement through master planning and design.

Previously at Tetra Tech, I managed more than $44M in Houston Parks Board capital construction projects and delivered $5.35M in savings through value engineering, process improvements, and Primavera P6 scheduling. I directed utility relocations across 39 locations for the IH-45 widening project, reducing the timeline by 15% and saving $1.1M.

My civil engineering background supports client-side delivery across parks, trails, drainage, roads, water, wastewater, utility coordination, permitting, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement.
