What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead complex capital projects end-to-end—driving scope, budget, and schedule alignment—while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors in fast-paced commercial environments.

I’m a Registered Architect (AIA) and PMP-certiﬁed project leader with 10+ years of experience delivering complex capital projects across commercial tenant improvements, laboratory environments, workplace projects, and food and beverage spaces.

In my current role, I lead delivery of commercial tenant improvement and capital improvement projects ranging from $1M to $73M in construction value, while managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through construction.

I manage alignment between scope, schedule, and project budgets, lead multidisciplinary consultant teams (architecture, structural, MEP, and specialty engineering), and coordinate contractors during construction phases through construction administration, including submittal review, RFI responses, schedule alignment, and issue resolution.

I’m also a client lead for multi-location food and beverage rollout programs—coordinating consultants, permitting strategies, and accelerated project schedules—bringing disciplined program & portfolio coordination to fast-paced operational environments.
