As an HR Generalist at The Hexaa (Jul 2023 – Dec 2024), I managed full-cycle technical recruitment for software development roles, including MERN/MEAN Stack, Python, SQA, DevOps, and related positions. I use Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed to source and attract high-quality tech candidates.
