I’m seeking a remote-first role where I can support customer experience, onboarding, communication, and workflow coordination across distributed teams. I enjoy improving processes, creating structured systems, supporting clients through onboarding and adoption, and helping organizations communicate more effectively across multicultural environments.

I help remote teams improve customer experience, communication, and operational workflows.

My background combines customer success, outreach, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination across nonprofits, education, tourism, and digital communities. I’ve supported 1,000+ customers and participants across multilingual environments while building systems that improve engagement, streamline communication, and reduce friction for distributed teams.

What makes me effective is the combination of operational thinking and human-centered communication. I naturally organize processes, improve workflows, and create structured systems that help teams and customers navigate complexity more efficiently.

I’m fluent in English and Portuguese, conversational in Spanish, and experienced with remote collaboration tools including HubSpot, Notion, Wrike, ClickUp, Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
