I am a passionate individual with a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism Management from the University of Nairobi. My career has been shaped by diverse experiences, including working as a ticketing agent for Kenya Airways and serving as an airport representative for Safari Trail Limited. These roles have honed my customer service skills and deepened my understanding of the travel industry.

In addition to my professional experience, I have dedicated two years to teaching Chinese, which has not only enhanced my language skills but also allowed me to share my knowledge with others. I am proficient in multiple languages, including English, Kiswahili, French, and Chinese, and I am committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
