At European Digital Group, I built the group’s partnerships and cross-sell channel, increasing annual partner-driven revenue from €1M to €1.7M. I activated technology partners including Google, Amazon, Klaviyo, and Trustpilot while creating a €5M partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

At Jellyfish, I turned the Google partnership into a major growth engine, growing partner-led revenue from €5M to €35M. I also led the commercial integration of 20+ businesses after the Tradelab acquisition and built a six-person partnerships team across EMEA and North America.

I've also defined commercial strategy and validated product-market fit for an AI governance platform at Clearway.ai, led transformation work for financial institutions at Wavestone, and coordinated 500+ local committees for En Marche!.
