At Mystic Arcana LLC, I architect and operate an AI-enabled product portfolio, including Mystic Arcana, BirthdayGen, EDM Shuffle, and MindVault. I built Revenue OS to track opportunity signals, product lifecycles, approvals, campaigns, and outcome evidence.
I created a 20+ page Next.js Enterprise Dashboard for opportunity review, approvals, service health, and operating evidence. I also designed controls for agent workflows, including regression checks, independent QA, fail-closed safety checks, rollback, and human approval for consequential actions.
For Mystic Arcana, I built personalized RAG workflows that bring together content parsing, chunking, vector retrieval, reader-context assembly, and evaluation controls in customer-facing product flows. At ADP, I built analytics pipelines and models, including LSTM-based NLP classifiers that turned NPS and email feedback into themes for customer programs and product changes.
At Arbitration Forums, Inc., I established and led the Data Science function and created the company’s first data science and analytics product for major U.S. auto insurance carriers, comprising 500+ company-specific KPI insight models. Earlier, at IBM/Kenexa, I led technical consulting for a $5M+ global external-client portfolio, from client discovery and solution design through delivery.
